Can I use the Blu Suite address for my LLC or business registration?
Yes. A Blu Suite business address can be used for LLC formation, business registration, and most official filings requiring a physical business address. It provides a professional, legitimate street address — not a P.O. box — which is accepted by most state agencies and business registrars. We recommend confirming specific requirements with your state's filing office or a business attorney.
How do I receive packages at Blu Suite?
Blu Suite accepts packages from all major carriers, including USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, on your behalf. When a package arrives, you'll receive a notification (depending on your plan). You can then schedule a convenient pickup during business hours, or arrange for forwarding to your preferred address. A package receiving fee of $5 per package applies.
What documents are required to start service?
As a federally regulated Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA), Blu Suite is required to verify the identity of all mail service clients in compliance with USPS regulations. All new clients must complete USPS Form 1583 and provide two valid forms of identification — one must be a government-issued photo ID. Our team will walk you through the process to make it simple and straightforward.
Can I forward my mail to another address?
Absolutely. Mail forwarding is available for all Blu Suite clients. Mail is forwarded at your request with actual postage charged plus a $5 handling fee. If you're on the Digital Mail Plan or Premium Business Plan, forwarding is built into your service as an available option. Simply contact us to set up your forwarding preferences or submit a forwarding request.
Do I need to visit the office to receive my mail?
Not necessarily. While in-person mail pickup is always an option during business hours, clients on the Digital Mail Plan or Premium Business Plan receive digital mail notifications and have access to mail forwarding — meaning your mail can come to you regardless of where you're working. For clients on the Basic Business Address plan, in-person pickup is the standard method of mail collection.
